Reine stood beside Logan in silence through out the ceremony, glancing to him every once in a while. She felt rather happy to be replacing her sister, though she wished that the Prince knew her as Reine and not as Maria. Reine bit her lower lip as the ceremony finally came to an end.
After they were pronounce man and wife, Logan turned to Maria. He gently lifted the veil to see her full facial beauty. His smile grew a bit more once his eyes locked with hers, for a moment he seemed happy. “You may now kiss the bride.” the preacher spoke. Logan blinked and looked to the man before his eyes settled upon his new wife. He didn’t want to just go in and kiss her, that would be ungentleman like. And he didn’t want to ask for permission, he’d look like a fool. So Logan improvised and leaned in, placing a gentle peck upon her cheek. “Shall we go then? I’m sure you are tired after your long journey.”
Ooc: I was supposed to start posting but my internet acted up and I had a change of plans. Go ahead and carry on as you already are but I’m just going to be gone for the weekend. Being forced to go to an island. Ugh, I’m going to die. But I’ll probably be back either late sunday night or monday afternoon. (But I -might- be able to post before I leave)

Dense shadows crucified the room, suffocating the dim lights from weakened laterns hung to the ceiling. The air was thick with opium, and the piercing smell of heavy liquor. The floor was littered with drunk men, displaying all sorts of indecencies in their sleep. Stretched upon the only elevated surface of the sinful space was a young male with breath-taking beauty. His golden orbs pierced the darkness like a proud feline. His face, with its superior feminine appearance, betrayed his fledging masculinity. He was smoking an ornate Chinese opium pipe.
Footsteps echoed in the barren hallway outside. Cunning hands turned the knob of the forbidden door slowly, their owners indifferent to the intoxicating air as it poured out from the narrow opening.
“Lucifer-san” a male’s voice addressed.
The vexen exhaled charismatically, and waited.
“It is His Highness Prince Logan’s wedding day. Would he not be infuriated since you ignored his personal invitation?” the other questioned.
Lucifer licked his lips in a seducive manner with an uninterested expression. “There is no reason to be celebrative yet Ralpheiel.” He replied, appearing slightly sinister, and closed his eyes, dismissing his young assistant.
A bright blush tinted her cheeks after the Prince had placed a kiss on her cheek. Reine shifted her ruby eyes to stare into his own, her lips curling into a sweet smile. “Yes, thank you.” The young bride then took Logan’s hand in her own, gently leading them down the aisle. Reine glanced at the crowd that watched them and gave them a gentle smile before her ruby eyes locked onto her new husband as they finally reached the doors she had entered from. Reine took in a deep breath, averting her eyes to the floor.
Logan knew the servants would surround him and his new bride soon. He didn’t want that sort of attention right now, so he swiftly made his way through the halls, bringing his wife along with him. If they were successful in making it to his chambers, then they would not be bothered for a few hours. Knowing his father, Logan suspected that Keagan ordered everyone away from his son’s chambers so he could have “alone” tune with Maria. Luckily, it didn’t take them long to reach it, for most of the castle was at the reception in which the bride and groom skipped out on. Logan opened the doors to his chamber and lead Reine inside. “I’m assuming your clothes are in that closet, if you wish to change.” he stated as he pointed to a big closet. “If you wish, I’ll leave you to your rest, Maria.”
Revan sitting in the throne room of the castle of Guerre he looked up to the roof of the room and stared of blankly. He heard of the war that started between all the kingdoms and his generals kept nagging him when he was going to send his troops in. He didn’t understand why the people had started to attack L’Ombre if it was the gods that were commanding it then he would understand. He sat up in his chair and walked to a window that was near by staring off into the kingdom and the woodlands that can be seen off in the distance. One of his generals came in the room demanding what he was gonna do with his soldiers. Revan looked back to the general with a flare of ruthless in his eyes and said “ARE YOU demanding something from ME general?” he asked. The general grew fear in his eyes and shook his head but pleaded with him to tell him what he was going to do. Revan pondered this question for sometime since the declaration of war, he decided to give his answer “mobilize or troops, get ready on my order”. The general nodded and headed out to set out the order.
“Oh, I do not mind if you stay.” Reine stated with a gentle smile. She then headed towards the closet, looking through the clothes that her elder sister had sent with her. Reine stared at the clothing in silence before she glanced to the young Prince. She wondered if he would be able to find her true identity if she were to change. Reine frowned as she thought before deciding to change. She quickly removed the veil from her head, revealing her long honey colored hair.
His dark eyes watched her silently, taking notice of her hair color. She certainly was a fair beauty, he considered himself lucky. Logan narrowed his eyes slightly before turning and removing his coat, followed by his tux shirt, leaving his upper body exposed. “You must be very dedicated to your people, Maria.” he spoke, trying to start a conversation. As he did so, he changed into a more comfortable outfit. “I mean, leaving your whole life behind to come here to make peace between our two nations.”
Reine turned to him, a soft smile curling her lips. “Yes, I am happy to do what I can for the kingdom,” She lied, looking to the floor. Reine then made an attempt to unzip her gown. She frowned, not being able to do unzip it herself. “Um,” Reine’s cheeks burned with a blush as her ruby eyes shifted to look to Logan. “Can you help me, please?” questioned Reine’s soft voice.
Logan blinked as he looked over to the princess. He wore sweat pants, for he didn’t plan on going anywhere for the rest of the afternoon. “Uhm..sure..” he responded faintly before he walked over to her. He placed a gentle hand on her back for a moment before moving it and unzipping the dress. “There you are..” he spoke with a faint smile. Logan then turned and walked away, he wanted to give the princess some privacy.
“Thank you,” She glanced to him curiously before stepping out of her gown. Reine would glance to the Prince every so often as she stepped into a small pink summer dress. Reine bit her lower lip as she turned to look at the gentle man she had married, wanting so badly to tell him of her true identity. Her thoughts then ran to her elder sister, Maria, wondering what she was doing at that exact moment. Reine then wondered if she had taken her sister’s place because of Maria’s selfish ways, but changed her thought-not wanting any ill thoughts of her beloved sister.
A sigh was released from Logan’s mouth, he felt a bit awkward. “So..Maria..” he stated, boing to grab her attention, unknowing it wasn’t her true name. “You can use the bed to relax, if you so wish.” After he spoke, Logan moved to a small sofa, grabbing a book to read as well. “If you need anything, just let me know.” He flashed her a handsome smile before opening his book and began reading.
Reine responded with a nod before she moved to the bed, sitting herself down gently. Her ruby eyes then shifted to Logan once more. “You are very kind, Lord Logan…unlike the rumors I have heard.” Reine gave him a soft smile before she laid herself down, closing her eyes to rest. “I’m very glad to be with such a kind man.” A soft sigh escaped her lips as she soon drifted to a soft slumber.
His dark eyes shifted to her as she spoke. Logan looked away once more quickly after she fell asleep, his way of refraining from getting up and getting close to her. He sighed silently, wishing she wouldn’t call him “Lord Logan”. After an hour of reading, Logan got up and decided to take an afternoon walk. He was greeted by many, mainly asking questions on if he took her or not. When approached with this question, Logan simply smiled slyly and gave a shrug. The dark prince was sure to return back to the room when he thought his wife was to wake up from her rest.
