Up above the Earth’s skies, gods & goddesses watched over the planet through either caring or serious eyes. They all had different roles: watching, protecting, or leading lost souls to Heaven. Some were old & wise, whilst others were new & curious. Nevertheless, everything was tranquil until the atmosphere was ripped apart by a sudden ball of fire. It flew past many gods & goddesses in a blink of an eye, getting too close to the contents of Earth itself.

It was one unlucky goddess, a new one, that saved billions of people’s lives. She’d been in its way without knowing until the very last second; however, she was still able to push the large intruder back & deep into space. All in one fraction of a second, proving her strength. Sadly, the force had still been too much for her & she was sent spiraling down towards Earth.

An angel had fallen from the Heavens…

Once down there, she would soon be shocked by the fact that her powers had been drained. She could no longer hold a Celestial Light, so the others of her kind could not see her being any different than an ordinary human, & she didn’t have the power to sprout her wings to take flight.

“Dammit! Why am I just getting word of this now?” a handsome male shouted before gritting his teeth in frustration. Even with such an angry face, the females couldn’t take their eyes off of him.

“Yes, we are sorry. However, we simply did it for the best. In a few hours, we will send our bes—… Wait! Asher, don’t…! Ugh, note to self: tie that obnoxious creature to a bolted chair before letting him bad news about Oribella… Hm? You’re back? Good, now, like I was saying—hey! That’s my ma… map.”

“Dammit, dammit, dammit!” Asher shouted over & over as he skyrocketed down to Earth. His pure white wings lay flat against his back whilst his arms created a lazy ‘x’ before his face. There was always a little layer between their worlds that could set anyone off track if not careful & since he couldn’t afford that, he wasn’t taking his chances.

Hidden by many white, rose bushes was a little clearing, which gave soil to many little flowers & grass. Scattered shadows & streaks of light danced from one place to the other thanks to the light breeze & large trees above. It was the perfect spot for a romantic hiding place, a perfect place to relax & forget about all the troubles of the worlds. Also, it was the perfect spot to wake up on.

“Mm’nyaa ~ Where am I?” Oribella murmured sleepily as she stretched on the grass, her arms reaching way above her head. Then, upon remembering what had happened, she sat up quickly & tried to stand. However, her body screamed against such actions & brutally let her legs quiver & soon fail underneath her.

“W-what am I going to do…?” Oribella murmured sadly, her eyes flickering to her lovely, pink dress. Her gentle hands gripped the soft material as she tried not to let any tears dribble down.

“Hurry up Aaron! Skutz keep pulling..” called a soft and partially broken voice. Chloe kept stopping and pulling a big dog backwards. But everytime she tried, the husky would see a squirell and run more. Coming to her rescue was a dark haired male, running and takin the leash from her. “Easy Skutz..” he spoke in a soft voice. The dog immediately calmed and went to sniffing the ground. Aaron smiled and looked to his cousin. “You just have to be assertive with her.” he suggested. Chloe released a sigh and gave a nod. As Aaron was distracted, Skutz caught scent if something and ran for it, getting loose from aaron’s grasp. “Skutz!” both cousins yelled before following the husky through the park. The husky paid no mind and got further ahead, findings female sitting on the ground, almost helpless.

“Mm?” Sweeping a lose tear with the back of her fingers, Oribella looked at the animal that had seemingly appeared out of nowhere. She wasn’t born a human, so she was taught about the human world along with others. This, she remembered, was a doggie. “H-Hello, there. You seem to have found me, huh?” she giggled gently to herself, the sound quite similar to little, crystal bells.
