The half demon pulled her hood up over her head and covered her body with her cloak. She was still wet from being outside before, though truly didn’t mindit. Elizabeth remained silent as she lead her new companion to her home. Hopefully she would be able to help track down the person he was looking for, having this man on her side could prove to be helpful. She had now allies of her own, and if she completed her contract with this man, she migh end ip with at least one. After releasing a sigh, Liz walked up the steps to her home and silently opened the door, walking inside.
Sven watched everyone they walked past, although there weren’t many. He hated them all, the humans and their selfish greed and desires. All of them were the same and it was about time for all of them to learn their lesson. The rain had actually felt quite good on his face, it annoyed him that his clothes would be even more wet now, but overall it was a pretty good thing. It felt almost strange to be following the little demon, however, if she could help him, it would be worth it in the end.
Once inside, Elizabeth hung her cloak up, revealing the clothes she wore. Though she lived in a place that was dark and rained a lot, she wore barely anything. Her skirt was a little wet, and so was her shirt. She released a disconent sigh as she removed her hat, revealing her demon ears. She turned to Sven and scratched one of her ears. “So, do you have any leads or anything?” she questioned, referring to their mission.
He stared down at her and as bad as he wanted to answer her simple question with information, the thought on his mind bugged him, “No.. can I touch those?” Sven had obviously been referring to her ears and if he had any information, he might have given it instead of completely blowing off her question.
OOC: Sorry I posted so late.. I don’t think it even updated to tell me there was a new post x.X
Elizabeth had looked to the side when hearing his answer, though quickly looked back when he questioned to touch her ears. They folded back slightly, she was unsure if she should or not. She thought to herself silently before she gave a faint nod. “Do you have any if his belongings? If I can get to know his scent, perhaps I can track him.” she suggested.
He placed his hand on top of her head, and though it wasn’t intentional, he began to almost pet her. Taking his hand back once he realized what he was doing, Sven replied, “Yes I do.. but not with me. I’d have to travel back to our old home.. and that’s at least worth a plane trip down south. If you’d like, you can try using the picture from earlier.. or.. I have a stuffed doll of his. Not sure if you’ll get much from that though, it’s been through hell and back.”
Elizabeth had froze when feeling his contact, she wasn’t sure how to respond. Oncefeeling the almost petting, Liz had to fight her urge to purr. She quickly cleared her throat and gave a nod. “It’s worth a shot..” she agreed, meaning the picture and old doll. Her sense of smell was her best inhuman ability, aside from her magic that is. She ran a hand through her hair as her ears lowered to her head, an old habit she never broke.
Pulling out the doll from a small pouch hidden beneath his coat, Sven gave it to her before reaching for his wallet. Most people would think it strange, but the only thing in his wallet was a few dollars and that picture of his brother, nothing more. He absolutely despised change and so he never kept it, “Can you get anything off of them?”
Sniffing it, Elizabeth concentrated on differenting different scents. She frowned slightly as she shook her head. “Not really, your scent is too strong..” she responded in disappointment with herself. She growled at herself, handing the two things back to Sven. She turned and walked to the kitchen to make some tea.
