Guardian have been around since the beginning of time. Every human being has at least one spirit guardian with them. Depending how evil or good the human is depends on the spirit guardian “transformation”. A spirit guardian is one with the soul, and only one human can have one spirit guardian. They come in many forums ranging from cats to wolves to humans. Ironically the guardians have difficulites every day nurturing, guardianing, and taking care of their humans. They give advice to their humans by strange occurance in the human world. Such as an light falling to direct your attention or surviving a car accident. In a sense spirit guardian are today’s angels. But the most interesting thing of all this is the fact that some humans can actually see their and other spirit guardians. ——————————————————————————————————————
this is a free play rpg (no plot really) so anything can happen (of course). Just a few more pieces of information. You control both human and spirits actions. The spirits can talk to other spirits and their main objective is to protect their humans. The transformation thing mention earlier is a one time deal. All guardians are born with their humans when they are born and grow as they grow. But at the age of 25 the spirits will either be good, bad, or neutral. Good spirits of course are nice and care for others, bad spirits are more agressive and harmful to other spirits and will at times attack other spirit and kill them(which makes the human soul feel empty, but doesn’t kill, but also means the human soul cannot be guided back home when they die). Neutral spirits are the defensive type.
Hope that help any questions just PM me =) ——————————————————————————————————————
Bio/personality: Diamond is recently starting college, and works by a nearby zoo by her house. She had an easy life of luxary, her parents where rich and had enough influence to get her into any college even if she had some bad grades or a low gpa. She is at a dileman with life, she doesn’t know what to do, and is extremely depressed, but she hides this so nobody worries about her. She has on occussian seen her guardian, but mistook it for a nearby dog and ignored it.
Bio/personality of guardian: She goes by the name of Ruby she is actually very shy and stay’s extremely close to her human Diamond. She doesn’t like to fight, but preferes to talk things out, but ironically with the recent changes to Diamond actions she is starting to become more defensive. She is beginning to fight off the little deamons that come within an 100 feet radius or her human (normally it was 50ft). She is however very headstrong and stubborn and doesn’t take no for an answer. She doesn’t comminucate with other spirits (often)
My guardian is a tree that takes on a human-like form. That character really is Archer from an anime. I found it funny so that’s him now xD
Bio: Archer hasn’t done much with his life, he completed college with a Bachelor Degree in English and took massage theropy classes to fall back on just in case. He’s seen Guardian Spirits his whole life and is used to them know. He personally loves his and would do anything to protect it. A few times he has seen some spirit fights and he does his best to stop them, but at one time he couldn’t and a fourteen-year-old boy hasn’t smiled since.
Guardian Bio: Likes to watch Archer from a distance and is usually in the sky looking like it doesn’t have an owner when in actuality it really does. She’s funny and likes to play a game called Tree. Some people who can see Guardians find the tree amazind and beautiful; others get confused and wonder how or when it got there.
Diamond streched unwillingly as her muscles ached and screamed to be used. Her boring day of classes, once again stuck in a lecture hall, bored her half to death. She walked aimlessly around the campus. Feeling a little sense of renewel, afterall she loved the scent of fresh rain and cloudy days. ———————————————————————————————————-
Ruby followed briskly behind Diamond’s feet she could see so many spirits that it bothered her. She didn’t like it francily and wanted to get off the campus. The lecture hall where her master was in had this one annoying fox spirit next to her. Trying to talk and get a response from her, but like Ruby’s personality, she refused and so the Fox started talking none stop about stupid stuff! She wanted to rip that fox’s head off, in all truth.
She grinded her teeth at the thought of the fox and then sneezed I can’t think about silly stuff like that! she thought to herself and then sighed, well at least this campus doesn’t have deamons
Archer moaned as he literally punched the clock off his nightstand and watched it bread on the hard floor below. That stupid beeping sound angered him more than anything else in the world, even his loud-mouth grandmother. Taking note that he would buy a new clock, something less irritating, he stood up and walked over to the bathroom relieving himself of the torture from a hangover threatening to bite his head off with a few pills. Had he not been so stressed at work lately he might not have drank in the first place to earn himself a horrid headache and an angry stomach. Archer couldn’t honestly tell you if he was hungry or ready to throw up.
“Odin!” he called out to his spirit. She walked over from another room where she was playing tree by herself and stared at him, “I was just making sure you were still here. I worry you know…” She agreed via nodding and took off down the stairs and out the door to go “play” with real people.
“Why do you torment yourself?” he asked the person in his reflection, “Never again. That stuff is bad for you.”
occ: lol btw I forgot to add that if you have a different sex spirit then of your character your techinically “gay” that’s how i view it, but always exceptions to the rules i suggest XD.
Diamond roamed around the campus for a good hour or so. She went the library, roamed the halls, talked to a few people. Nothing to exciting, life was boring like this, depressing in a sense, but she didn’t want to go back home, and she had only one class of the day on a saturday. “I guess…I can wonder around the town and shop” she said almost naturally and high spirited, but her heart felt different, all she really wanted to do was go to bed and sleep, or day dream, nothing else, nothing more, maybe cry inbetween. —————————————————————————————————————
Ruby could feel her master concern about life, this depressed Ruby, because she knew that life was more then what her master thought it was. But nothing she could do right now, that she could think to relieve her master of this pain, that is. Maybe a boy? or a close friend? she thought keeping on Diamond’s heels, afterall this depression started to occur when all her friend left to go to a community college in another state.
OOC: Darn, I guess my character isn’t into girls LOL
Archer showered, dressed, and all the little stuff within twenty minutes. Perhaps it was because he brushed his teeth in the shower, who knows, and he left the house making sure that Odin stayed generally close on his way to the shops. The narrow streets were always crowded but he loved them nevertheless. Everything seemed to have a better quality than at supermarkets. Those things always seemed to break easy, hence the incapacitated alarm clock sleeping on his floor.
ooc: like i said we can make an expection, just because I didn’t say that earlier =P
Diamond found herself taking the bus from the campus to the nearby city. She got off at the first stop that looked promising. She smiled and looked happy and casually made those silly mistakes. She walked for at least 15 minutes till she hit a mall. “Maybe they will have something in their for mom” she said loudly and walked her way into the mall to look for some interesting toys. ——————————————————————————————————————
Ruby liked riding the bus they where on, it was quiet, the spirits who where their weren’t talkative, actually they were all nice and gently, good spirits you could say. Once they got off the bus, they walked around the town. Ruby hardly every walked in the city areas. She was amazed at how tall the building got, but she also noticed the increase of demons and evil spirits. She shivered at the thought of seeing them all. But they didn’t seem to interested in her, which was a good thing, after all, Ruby was no match for evil spirits.
Once he finished everything in his favorite part of town, he decided to hit up the bigger places in the city like Nue2 and Impish Delights. Nue2 would probably have some clothes to fit his style and though Impish Delights sounded like some sort of sex shop, they had ice cream so good that even God would have a hard time comparing. But the ice cream was going to be the prize after a long “hard” day of looking for good clothes. Last time he was there they happened to have five complete outfits, shoes and all, that he had to have.
Diamond found herself in a clothing shop looking at all the clothes. She didn’t find anything that appealed to her or her mother, who always wore expensive clothing, that father had gotten her. Annoyed by that fact of thinking she gave up on shopping for her mother. Her mother wouldn’t accept anything such low class like this anyways. So Diamond walked out of the mall to look at the smaller stores, maybe she would find one that would catch her interest. ———————————————————————————————————
Ruby was slightly disappointed in the fact that Diamond was depressed once again. It bothered her to the nth degree. Afterall Ruby’s job was to guide and protect, but she couldn’t figure out anything! Ruby now left the saftey of her master heel’s and wandered about 10 feet away. She was now watching the imps that were being attracted to Diamond’s depression.
He couldn’t help but glance over at a girl who roamed into his almost nearly holy clothing store. She didn’t even look like it was in her price range. “Odin, guess what game we’re gonna play? What’s the age of that girl?” Archer put his hand to his chin and looked down to up and down again. “Fifteen! What do you think?”
Odin only glanced quickly and then looked toward Archer, “She’s eighteen.” Her voice never stopped musing him.
“No way!” he gasped out, “She’s young enough to be my daughter! Okay fine maybe not, but still!” Thinking on whether or not to ask her, he put his mind back to the shirt he was holding; would white look good on him or maybe the red one would look better?
Diamond found her way to a little shopping area, it had food, clothing stores, and even pet stoires. It was an interesting part of town, and strangely she felt herself relax. “Strange” she said standing in one place looking at a clothing shop, “I didn’t even know I was tensed” she looked at the clothes inside, they didn’t seem interesting, and then suddenly her stomach felt empty. “Oh I must be hungry” she said and walked over to a place that looked like an ice cream shop. ————————————————————————————————————-
As they walked into the smaller area of the city, Ruby relaxed and felt slightly relieved their weren’t as many demons around and the guardian here were mostly neutral. She came closer to her master side now, feeling a little bit exhausted and hungry from fighting. As Diamond found her way to a clothing shop, she put her paws on the edge of the window and peeked in. The clothing shop seemed different from the malls, but when she saw a strange man holding up a t-shirt with an odd looking spirit she had never seen before, she shivered. Ruby looked up at her master, talking to herself once more. Ruby soon urgered her feeling of hungry and exhuastion into her human to hopefully avoid the strange spirit she never had seen before.
When the girl began walking off, Archer felt a little disappointed. She didn’t even look at anything in the store or completely walk in. It was a disgrace to Nue2 and all it’s employees; of course he knew that this was being dramatic, she probably just got lost. Not really wanting to be called a pervert, he didn’t follow her, if they were meant to meet then that was for lady luck to decide.
~~~
Odin glanced at a seemingly small wolf staring over at her, it didn’t look pleased at all. Assuming that the creature was frightened, she smiled and then went back to watching Archer ignoring any other spirit that may have been watching as well. It didn’t annoy her that Archer was interested in the girl they just saw, she did seem different. Her aura was something unsimilar to other people surrounding them. Whoever she was atcually interested Odin as well, but from the looks of things, her Guardian wolf didn’t seem all too strong which Odin didn’t approve of. Strong hearts call for stronger Guardians so that girl must have something wrong with her.
Diamond entered the ice cream shop, it was half-way packed and sort of busy. She waited in line, at least 10 people where in front of her. “Such a long line for such a small store” she said as she peeked over at the ice cream selection in front of her.
———————————————————————————————————-
Ruby could see all the people in the area, another crowded area, Ruby sighed and stayed at the front entrance, at least nobody will talk to me if I’m over here she thought as she sat their sniffing the area and staring at the many guardians which were mostly foxes, which meant talkative creatures.
OOC: Do Guardians eat? Because I don’t want mine to eat xD
“Well,” Archer began, “I think my five new outfits are enough, what do you think?” He laughed, “Let’s go get some ice cream, you can place tree in the garden nearby how does that sound?”
Odin smiled and followed after him taking care not to notice any Guardian that might want start a conversation. Most of them were too afraid which was a good thing, but it also hurt her feelings a little bit.
Archer reached the shop and waved goodbye to Odin, he didn’t expect to see that same girl a few people ahead of him in line to the best ice cream on the planet. Lady luck apparently was on his side. He already knew what he wanted to order, in fact, the people who worked there all knew him, and if they didn’t, they soon would. This was a place that he returned to at least once a week, usually more because he loved it so much. Plus, they sold coffee in the morning and that was perfect! Sitting in a wonderful smelling ice cream shop with a hot cup of coffee suited him perfectly. Nothing else in the world could soothe his body mind and soul more than that before work.
~~~
Odin stayed in the small garden, pleased that it was less than half dead. This would give her time to “kiss” the plants and let their lives return to them. Of course it was a slow process as they didn’t receive water often enough. She had to wait for the rains to moisten them, Archer wouldn’t allow her to find water. He said that it was best to leave plants like these accustomed to the wild, otherwise they would depend on humans too much and wouldn’t be able to live on their own should something happen.
When an evil spirit roamed it’s way to her, she ignored it. If it were smart it would go away before it really got hurt. It didn’t do anything either, just sat on the bench and watched her reviving the plants. In all actuality, it made Odin happy that someone else loved the plants like she did. No one else could throw a care in the world.
Ruby noticed the boy she had seen earlier with the strange guardian, but when he walked past her she saw no spirit. Ruby took his unability to notice her as a sign that he couldn’t see spirits. As he got in line just a few spots behind Diamond she got nervous. But then again, strangers hardly talked to one anotherand Diamond wasn’t one on the social side. She peeked outside the store and couldn’t find the spirit anywhere. Maybe she would spook him into leaving.
————————————————————————————————————
Diamond looked at some of the ice creams that people were ordering and they looked so good. Her heart started leaping at the chance of having ice cream. she never ate it much anyways. “I think I’ll go with mango” she said softly to herself as she took a few steps through the line. Only 3 more people.
Raspberry Melon were his favorite two icecreams, so he always got them together on the same waffle cone. Who could forget about the cone either? Archer liked the top end dipped in chocolate to give the ice cream a real kick of flavor. It was the girls turn and she got mango, a common favorite. He laughed secretly to himself hoping to win the game of guessing her age, of course, Odin never lost. She had always been able to guess the exact age, it must’ve been some strange power; Odin claimed it wasn’t though.
